Does Diana Dogsa Designs deliver throughout everywhere in
The Netherlands?

Our services are available throughout the Netherlands. Packages are sent via PostNL or DHL.

Is Diana Dogsa Designs international?

​

All our services are also available for international customers. As much as we want to, there are certain things we have no control over. The delivery time is not always guaranteed. If there are unforeseen delays, damages or if any other problems occur with your order after it has been shipped, we will not be liable. Once it is sent and in the hands of the postal service, we no longer have any control over it. Packages are always sent with tracking. Also be aware of higher shipping costs if you are an international customer.

What is the lead time of Diana Dogsa Designs products?

​

Please allow 1-5 weeks for designing corporate identity products or wedding stationary. The turnaround time depends on the services requested, so we cannot give a concrete answer here to report.

What can I expect from luxury branding?

​

From a new corporate identity with a modern logo to a mini brand guideline and matching business cards. We offer a branding package that meets your needs.


What can you help with for a wedding?

​

At Diana Dogsa Designs we offer wedding stationary for your special day. Think about: Save-the-date cards, wedding invitations, menus and thank you cards. More options are always negotiable.

Are all orders from Diana Dogsa Designs custom?

​

Each design is made based on the customer's wishes. We can base new designs on previous designs if the customer likes a specific style, but each design remains unique.

P R I N T


Do you provide a printing sample before the entire order is printed?

​

To get an idea of what the design will look like, we will send a digital mock-up via email. Once the final design is approved by the customer, we send it off to be printed. Unfortunately, we cannot print one copy of the final design in advance. It is the customer's responsibility to approve the design before printing. After the design has been sent to the printer, no more changes can be made. No refunds will be given due to oversight of proof reading.

Do you supply design samples?

​

We currently do not provide design samples, but this may change in the future. Keep an eye on our website for this.

What if I want to print the design myself?

​

We recommend that you book the entire process, including printing, with us.

This way, quality is guaranteed.

Can I receive personal advice in advance?

​

Most orders do not require a consultation, but if you feel this is essential to your design we are always available for personal advice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
